When my mom passed away, I was in charge of her estate, including selling her home. The home was in Rhode Island and I live in Florida. Notwithstanding the distance, Jason did a great job helping me price the house properly, then marketing the house, and helping me sort through multiple offers. He was a consummate professional, providing regular updates throughout the process and handling things that I couldn't handle from Florida. Jason violated every part of his contract. Came first time day after storm. Did one path up driveway to get one car to work.. said he would be back. We could not turn other cars. Two days later after me being handicapped trying to shovel. When I called now 4 days after storm said he was going to come. No call said phone wasn’t working. He had many excuses. So he never came back left me in bad shape. I finally fell trying to clean up. Ignored all my texts and only cared I got invoice for full amount. Don’t ever plan to rely on Jason. Only cares you follow contract not him
