Jason is the absolute best in the business. You will not find a realtor as knowledgable, professional, or as dedicated as Jason, and I cannot recommend him enough. I first met Jason when I was late to an open house, 10 minutes after it had ended, and he was getting ready to pack up after many hours of showing off the property. Jason, who I am sure was exhausted, stayed late to show me the house and answer any questions that I had, which lasted probably another hour and a half. A lot of other realtors would have packed up and left and told me "sorry, all done for the day." Jason was excited to meet me and learn about my goals, even if this house didn't work out, and I knew then he was the guy I wanted to work with. We worked together over the next couple of months looking at houses. Jason constantly checked in with me, sent me listings, and made sure that I didn't get discouraged in a tough market. Eventually, thanks to Jason, I found my home! When I finally had an offer accepted, he made sure that I was completing every step of the process, and better yet he made sure I was able to understand everything we were doing. I never felt like I was in the dark, and I always felt that Jason had my best interest at heart. Since there are other parties involved in the home buying process (lenders, home inspectors, attorneys, etc), you never know when things will hit a speed bump in communication with other parties. As another testament to his character, Jason has great relationships with some other incredible individuals that made the entire process seamless. I was actually shocked at how smoothly everything was going, and just know that Jason was working his tail off behind the scenes. All in all, working with Jason was the best decision in my first time home buying experience. I will absolutely be working with him again when the time comes, and if you are looking for a trusted partner that will help you every step of the way, never give you a headache, and will always put your best interest first and foremost, he is your guy. Best real estate agent around! Jason tirelessly worked for us every day. We felt our best interest was genuinely his top concern, and he was willing to fight for it no matter what. I would highly recommend Jason to anyone trying to buy or sell a home!

I highly, highly recommend Jason as an agent!! He’s awesome. Last week I closed on my fourth property with him this time as the buyer’s agent. (He’s been both the seller’s and buyer’s agent on my past transactions.) He was outstanding and I would not dream of going alone as a buyer (or seller) without his assistance. Before Jason I had a low opinion of real estate agents. My experience before Jason was that agents would run a few ads, run a couple of open houses, make a few calls and get a cut of the value of the property. As a buyer’s agent, schedule appointments. I never felt I was getting my money’s worth. Jason, on the other hand, worked tirelessly, trudging through multiple open houses and setting up and coming to appointments for showings, offering excellent advice and pointing out issues and concerns. The value he brought to the table far exceeded my expectations. His knowledge and experience are top notch. Hands on, yet not pushy, he got me the best deal possible. His skill shined through putting together the offer, getting it accepted, negotiating for repairs and recommendations on tenant issues. I have been converted now realizing the value of a good agent and Jason is the best of the best!! He earned every cent of his commission and then some.
